COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
Investment sales and acquisitions: we cover all aspects of due diligence, reports on leases for office and retail stores, and the acquisition of sites for redevelopment. Due to the experience we have in carrying out such work this enables us to provide a high-quality, comprehensive and cost-effective service to Clients.
Medical Centre development:we are currently working with Primary Care Trusts and doctors advising them on their relocation from existing premises, and leasing of new premises either on their own or in conjunction with other medical practices in the same building.
We also continue to act for established developers in respect of site acquisition, development of new medical centres and leasing of the same to healthcare users.

LANDLORD & TENANT
We have extensive experience in handling all types of leases acting for either Landlord or Tenant, including Landlord and Tenant 1954 exclusion orders and applications to the court for renewals.
In addition to dealing with office and retail leases we have also acted for Clients in respect of golf clubs leases, cinemas, and cricket pitches.
We also manage properties for institutional Landlords dealing with licences, lease renewals, rent reviews and chasing payments.

RESIDENTIAL
We deal with all types of residential purchases and sales, specialising in investment purchases and large projects where we are able to use our resources to their best effect. The key to our success in this area is based upon the quality of service provided to Clients in this challenging market combined with the speed in which we are able to complete matters. Each matter is handled from start to finish by one fee earner who has a direct telephone line for easy contact with the Client and other parties.
COMMERCIAL
We act in the sale of businesses whether by share transfer, asset sale or sale of goodwill, together with Joint ventures and partnership agreements (especially for GP’s when dealing with their development projects).

PROPERTY LITIGATION AND DEBT RECOVERY
We have responded to Client demands resulting from the current market, and set up a new department to handle such issues and are aiming to increase our personnel and presence as a result of such demand.
