MEET THE TEAM

COLIN DIXON

Colin heads Dixon Law Solicitors and is an experienced commercial property lawyer and is a recognised expert by the Legal 500. Colin trained at the prestigious London firm Freshfields and after gaining experience in investment acquisitions and sales he moved North to join Addleshaw Goddard in 1995. Colin worked in the retail development team concentrating on the development of large out of town retails parks and supermarket developments for client such as Sainsburys.

After five years post qualification experience Colin joined CMS Cameron McKenna as a partner to establish and head up their property practice in Budapest, Hungary. Within 2 years Colin was recognised within the acclaimed European Legal 500 as being a leader in commercial property and the CMS property group as the No1 practice with a large portfolio of European clients including a number of leading UK clients such as Tescos’, Dixon’s and UCI Cinemas.

After several years in Hungary, Colin returned to the UK and continued to work in private practice in Leeds developing a new client base which has now allowed him to establish Dixon Law.

Colin is married with 3 children and he is a keen amateur golfer and cook.

TRICIA WHITE

Tricia is a Certified Paralegal (M.Inst.Pa) and is in charge of the residential investment team and has a wealth of experience in acting on all types of residential matters. Tricia has strong contacts with mortgage brokers and investment clubs.

Tricia originally from West London now lives in Darlington and enjoys playing squash and entertaining her extended family.

YVONNE MORRIS

Yvonne Morris is the firms Practice Manager and Accounts Manager. Yvonne has many years Legal Accounting experience and has worked for two leading national law firms one of which was Hammonds were she worked for a number of years as Finance Manager. Before joining Dixon Law Solicitors she worked for a Law Society approved software house were she held the position of Accounts Project Consultant.

Yvonne has diplomas in Management and Prince II and is a member of the I L C A . Yvonne's interests include running, interior design and walking.

MARK BRAMLEY

Mark is a graduate and pending starting his articles to become a qualified Solicitor is assisting in our residential team dealing with both project based work and individual matters.

Mark also assists in dealing with property litigation matters.

Mark lives in Castleford and enjoys musical theatre and watching rugby league.

JOLENE BRIGGS

Jolene is a paralegal in the residential team handling all aspects of the conveyancing procedure on behalf of clients. Jolene is currently studying for her ILEX qualification whereupon successful completion she will join the fellow of Legal Executives.

Jolene is a keen footballer and supporter of her local team, Huddersfield Town, and also by way of contrast has a keen interest in modern history

Kelly Fleming

Kelly Fleming is a commercial property lawyer and joined DixonLaw in January 2010. Kelly trained in London and moved to Leeds after qualifying in 2005. Kelly joined Lupton Fawcett and gained a wide range of experience in landlord & tenant work in the retail and business sectors. Kelly also has experience in acquiring and disposing of properties for investors, developers and licensed properties. Kelly also has experience in secured lending and has acted for many of the main financial institutions.

In her spare time Kelly enjoys going to the gym, walking and watching films.
