Dixon Law Solicitors was set up in February 2005 with a view to establishing a specialist commercial and residential property investment firm servicing an existing large client base. Since then we have broadened our work base to include general commercial advice on buying or selling businesses and business agreements and partnership agreements. We also handle property litigation and debt claims for clients.

Our services are client led and our prime focus. We have invested in the latest case management systems for our specialist residential investment team, Whilst we are able to handle a large caseload of matters clients receive a personal service from one fee earner for the whole transaction.
On the commercial side of our business we have a well established client base which is both national and regional dealing with all aspects of development projects, investment sales and purchases and Landlord and Tenant issues. We have also acted for many clients advising on joint venture and partnership agreements.
The firm is rated in the Legal 500 as one of the top property firms in the region and we are acknowledged to have a particular strength in dealing with new Primary Care Centres acting for both the GP tenants and developer clients.
